My hope is to share a conscious yoga experience that connects to your heart. All inclusive, all levels. From community groups to one on one classes to in your home or office. Special events, unique spaces, schools, retreats, and family yoga. Below are a few of the classes that I offer, but I am happy to sit down with you and create the offering that you need.

Family Yoga

You will be guided by ATX Yoga Girl in this 45 min class to be held in your home. ATX Yoga Girl, Cynthia Aguillón Bernard, brings mindful movement to the whole family as a way to connect while having FUN!  Cynthia specializes in family and children’s yoga, including meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing. Her classes combine storytelling and music to create a playful environment where everyone feels welcome. She uses the power of breath to create a connection between heart, mind, and body helping you find presence as you take yoga into your daily life.

-- This 45 minute class will be held in your home; must be located in Austin, TX. Up to 10 participants.

 

Sound Bath Meditation (aka COSMIC NAP!)

A Cosmic Nap is a Sound Bath for the senses connecting you closer to the cosmos through frequency, vibration from Crystal Alchemy bowls, Quartz bowls and Earth element chimes. 

This journey includes a chakra guided meditation plus mantra to activate your energy center for release, healing and flow.

You will be laying down throughout the session.

1:1, Group Yoga Classes, Retreats

60 - 90 Minutes // All Ages

Breathe in. Breathe out. All classes are focused on this awareness. Designed movement to be fun, strengthening with a sense of flow while helping you become more present & compassionate to yourself.

From Slow Flow to Restorative all based on you.

Toddler Yoga

Come stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, create, and have FUN! These classes will include age-appropriate yoga and movement- including breathing, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, meditation, and more. Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills, and begin to learn mindfulness and breathing/calming tools. 

All ages are welcome but these classes are geared toward toddlers.

 

Kid's Yoga (to teen)

45 minutes

Get ready to play through imagination and fun as we embark on a yoga journey using song, dance, storytelling, breathing and partner work. All classes incorporate age appropriate games, meditation and relaxation.

All ages, all levels available.

Trauma informed yoga available.

We will end each 45 mins with mindful breathing exercises and relaxation.

 

School Yoga & Mindfulness Programs

After school yoga classes for your kids BODY, MIND, and HEART: a space to explore, just BE. Our weekly after school series guided by Cynthia Bernard, founder of ATX Yoga Girl lends students an opportunity to explore the physical practice and the yoga principles (kindness, gratitude, community) while mirroring healthy body awareness and connection through weaving in music, mindfulness, meditation, imagination, games and community interaction while having FUN!

We can’t wait to support our younger generation of conscious change makers as they learn life long practices and how to navigate new transitions with more ease.
