#AUSTIN FAMILIES!! I’m back @practiceyogaaustin (church off of Johanna) on May 23rd at 6 P.M. for SOUND MAGIC & MINDFULNESS (Kid & Family Friendly) session! This has been developed with science, frequency, & mindfulness techniques for kids & family of all ages to engage in. It is a beautiful & enjoyable way to introduce our younger generation of conscious change makers to vibrations, meditation & mindfulness. What to expect: A relaxing 45 mins with your family enjoying a sound session of healing frequency throughout the class. They will hear sounds they would likely have never heard before (Quartz, Crystal Alchemy and Tibetan bowls + multiple chimes) and will find a moment of peace physically and within their energetic bodies. The last 15 minutes, children are invited to try some of the instruments for themselves under Cynthia’s guidance. Link in bio to grab your $40 ticket for up to a family of four to join.
